The second week of January Gene, Brad, Joia, and Jack are going with a group of 12 people to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish in Chimbote Peru. The parish has 50,000 parishioners (that is not a miss print). The average person in the parish make about $1 a day. Each month the parish serves over 20,000 people through soup kitchens, youth centers, aging home, battered women's shelters, work programs, and many other individual ways.
