We're back! So the folks at APeX took end of July and August off. (Hey everyone needs a vacation, even jugglers.) Brad, Joia, and Jack made the pilgrimage to Toronto with the folks from the Archdiocese of Denver to World Youth Day (see story below Gene, on the other hand, spent a little more than a week riding horses in Iceland (his favorite place in the world) and a month in Ecuador taking Spanish classes. (After a month Gene is confident enough in Spanish that he could find the bathroom, a good skill to have.) This month Gene reviews his trip to Iceland (with lots of pictures). Next month expect a full review of Gene's time in Ecuador (including the time he asked someone to teach him how to eat).
