Digital APeX Attacks February, 9th 2000
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Greetings from the world headquarters of the international
conglomeration knows APeX Ministries. Now we are sure that most
of you
have been rushing to your e-mail box daily for the first installment
of
Digital APeX Attacks. When you did not find Digital APeX Attacks
one of
two thoughts must have crossed your mind. 1) I wonder if Gene
and Brad
are all right? Or 2) Gene and Brad dont love me any more!
Well, lets
us reassure you that we are both fine (the rumors of Gene trying
to make
toast in the shower are not true) and remember we will always
love you.
So if we are ok and you now feel comforted in the fact that
we did not
snub you, you are asking yourself, Why havent I gotten
a copy of
Digital APeX Attacks yet? (If you have not asked yourself
this
question yet please do so now) There is a very good reason for
this.
The naming server at our web hosting company was corrupted making
it
impossible to find the server in which all of our data is housed.
(No
they did not lose the actual computer, but files were not accessible)
This made it impossible for us to access the mailing list for
this fine
publication. (This also explains why the web page was down during
the
Christmas season. We apologize if that caused any inconvenience.
If
you were trying to access the web page over Christmas and could
not get
through we have one question, Why were you trying to get
on our web
page and not spending quality time with friends and family during
the
joyous season of Christmas? On second thought, dont
answer that
question) The technology issues have been solved and the first
real
issue of Digital APeX Attacks will be out before the month ends.
(If
not assume that we have been eaten by lions.)
In the mean time to take care of your APeX Jones please check
out the
changes which have been made to the web page. The two big changes
are:
1. All the writing form the print version of APeX Attacks
has been put
on line.
2. The photo galley has been completely overhauled. We have
added art
work for folks from all over the country (as well as an incriminating
picture of Jesse Manibusan)
