Many years ago APeX performed at St. Bart's parish in TX. For publisity our friend Jeff (of Two Dogs and a Hog fame) sent out posters which read APeX Attacks. When it came time to start our very own publication we couth think of no better name. In the spring of 1998 APeX published it first version of APeX Attacks. It was a paper newletter we handed out at shows and mailed to any one who wanted them. Since then APeX Attacks has grown. It is now also Digital APeX Attacks (which comes out monthly or bi-monthly depending how on top of it we are) and Audio APeX Attacks (which is radio mayhem). All forms of APeX Attacks are free.
